Fox taking offense to that was quick to pull out his M24 Tactical knife and started advancing for Dirk. Fox starts to sling his blade around trying to catch dirks attention with all the slick movements.

What are you implying that it would be an improvement to my face, I think you could use one you're self.

Not letting his smile faulter Dirk pulled his M24 knife."Tell you what Fox, I was just fucking around. I thought after boot we could talk shit to each other, but if you want to play....We can play. Now cool down or come over here and try to improve on my face. It's up to you." Now ready for what ever Fox did Dirk waited. Holding himself in a combat ready stance, he didn't blink and didn't take his eyes off of Fox.

Eric grinned to himself. He was glad to have his old friends back, it was keeping his mind off what just happened down in the tunnels to his friends, and how he could have stopped what had happened to Hawkins. "Nice ta' be with you guys again." he said to the two men.

I wondered when you would come back down to this planet after day dreaming Eric. But it is nice to see you and Dirk. Im wondering about Collins. Wasn't sure if he had made it or not. By the way eric do you know when we are gonna get deployed for our next mission, cause im gonna need some time to prepare. If its true what everyone is talking about in those tunnels, this will be very interesting to experience, at the same time scared out of my pants......

Huey overheard the discussion of getting masks by the new guys to the platoon. He raised an eyebrow as he went over to Eric and his buddies. "A mask isn't going to protect you" He told them. "Their blood will eat through anything" Huey spoke from experience "Aside from the fact its hotter than hell during summertime down there, and darker too. You wear a mask you won't breathe or see worth a shit"

"No one knows when we're leaving cept the brass so be ready to go at a moment's notice, because there ain't no way in hell you can be prepared for these fuckers. Just make sure you've got a flamer and lots of water. We were drinking a full canteen and still were thristy as hell right Eric" He said with a slight smile to Eric. "Sorry my name's Huey I'm the Comm specialist." He said with his hand out.

"Williams is right, a mask is not worth the loss in vision nor the discomfort. Their blood doesn't go that far so if you keep them at a distance by knowing where they are before hand you should be alright.", Bojan said to the interested group.

Bojan checked all his equipment that he had kept on after leaving the tunnels and replaced anything he had used up. He was only taking standard issue gear. It would definitely not be good to have a weapon jam.

Dirk went in search of a flame unit he could LIBERATE. Once he found one he started to fill his IMP with ammo for his weapons an extra morphine booster extra canteens and extra grenades, anything he might need that he could get his hands on. Eric wispered to Dirk. He thought a moment and leaned over and wispered back.

I guess i can settle with the dust goggles, so they wont impair you're vision that much.

No Dirk, i dont need a flamer. Instead i would like an extra canteen and a couple more clips for the M41A. If that ain't to much to ask for.

Now tuned out Fox couldn't help but to try listen in on Erics little whisper to Dirk, wondering what he would tell Dirk and not him. Jealousy and anger now rising threw his veins.

Eric noticed Fox listening to them, looking upset, and went over and whispered to him too.
