Its whatever. We generally lose new gunners as fast as we do new commanding officers.

We need to place Dmitri and EVSA in the roster. I think Roberts and EVSA are the only two with scout training in case we're considering making another scout squad. Otherwise Dmitri will be a fifth member, which works fine. But I am curious as to which squad he would be placed in.

In light of Obi's absence, I think we should keep his character on the dropship or something. I think EVSA is Morse's second rifleman. As for Dmitri, I can't find a character sheet so I don't know what he would be good at.

Dimitri skills - getting your spine severed.... I think that covers it. - But really if I recall he's a scientist, so I'm gonn assume he's gonna be one of those tech types, though I don't know.

I will say that a separate scout squad is probably a bad idea, since we really don't have the personnel for it. - But a five man squad wouldn't be so bad. I think we did that once before.... and besides, you guys probably need the help, haha.

Nothing wrong with five man squad. In the movie Aliens, Apone goes with Second Squad, meaning they have 5 members. It goes like this: (I just want to type it out for my own benefit so cut me some slack haha)

Quinn can operate as the NCO and I can run the Easy Eights with the Lt. Colonel.

I put up recruitment posts on different Rps every other month. The players activity.... or interest... may vary..

But I vote the lt. colonel run the platoon, leave Quinn as an "almost NCO". Makes it easier to get a medic when we need one.
