Yeh, hard to believe I have been married nine years and have a five year old who informed me she doesn't want to go to school anymore. LOL, to top it all off I think hitting forty must have turned off the warranties because boy does the old body ache more and more these days.

Just means you have to do some more exercise.

Martial arts (kickboxing doesn't count) is one of the better ones, or gymnastics. Stuff that keeps the entire body limber. You'll feel better, trust me.
