Background
Kal was the child of two national park rangers who worked several different parks over the course of their careers in the Rocky Mountains. He is an experienced climber and hunter. He prefers the peace and brutality of nature to other humans when the opportunity exists. He joined the USCM to have a chance to see what the rest of the systems are like and has picked up a few skills along the way like portable welding, infiltration, and hand to hand combat.
He enjoys people hiking, climbing, hunting, watching, reading and listening to his "classics" music including rock of the 1970s-1990s, 1990s-2010s country, 1990s-2020s pop, including some of those same songs played as classical music.
