I'm thinkin' a commin' back

Post by Morse » Thu Jan 26, 2012 3:54 am

Hey team, it's Morse

I decided that I might be interested in commin' back. Its good timing too it seems since if I'm not mistaken you just got off the mission.

So, should I make a new guy

or

Should I bring back your favorite hick trash, arrogant, know it all, Corporal Allen Morse?

Alright cool. Allen Morse it is then.

..... gotta figure out what I was doin' in the time gone......... (last I remember I wanted to bring Dunn up on charges, and was trying)

And then get reassigned to a squad (and preferably not as a lead cus I wasn't so great as that)

So ya, whatever ya want from me info wise, or gotta tell me. Just send me a Pm or run it here.

Have two ideas for this.

One, is to make Morse a Private First Class, that way he won't be in command of a squad, as Corporals are typically looked to for impromptu leadership. However, I can definitely understand not wanting to sacrifice the rank you worked hard for.

Two, is form a squad around Quinn. There are plenty of extras in the other squads that this could be done quite easily.

Three, form another squad from the extras batch and pick someone to be a good leader of that squad.

I'd rather keep my rank. (since I'm assuming it came with a pay increase. And Morse would probably do all he had to to not quite get demoted)

And Deitrich was a Corporal, and she didn't show any signs of being in a leadership position. Now you can she was a medic.... but Morse is too... on top of using the M41A-E2.... which I hope I can keep.

Hey mate,

Why don't you just say that Morse was planet side undertaking a training course while we were on the mission?

Cheers

Well thats not a bad idea. Except that sounds like it warrant a point increase, and I don't think its fair that everyone else has been havin' to work for the stat increase and mines just awarded to me.

It would make sense though if it was in regards to the M41A-E2, since the weapon is still somewhat in the testing phase, and Morse has been using it for mission after mission.

How about Morse was teaching the training course? No significant extra knowledge gained therefore no need to skill up, he has the practical experience from the sounds of it, and it would explain his absence just as well.
