GM out of town

Post by Nick » Wed Sep 17, 2008 10:03 am

There is a planned Socalist meeting in Malmoe and the risk of violence have escalated to the highest possible using a four grade scale. This has lead to my Division of the riot police being called in. We leave tomorrow afternoon and I have no idea when I get back home. Most likely I will land back home on Sunday or Monday.

It is not the socialists whom are considered the main problem group here. There are a lot of anarchist and revolutionary communists that will attend the meeting unofficially with the sole purpose of mischief.

COMRADES!  VIVA LA REVOLUTION!

Seriously though Nick look out for yourself.  I hear those Marxists really love a good riot.  For that matter so do I!

By the way you should mention to the Red Brigade that communism has had it's run and it failed.  Miserably.  I'm going to celebrate capitalism by going out and buying a Furcoat, and I don't even like fur!

I'm back and in one piece.

There were a riot as expected and activists threw rocks and bottles at us. It was pretty close two times that I got a rock at me - Several of my collegues were hit though their body armor protected them.

It was pretty exciting when You were facing a mob of 700 hundred idiots with molotov coctails and 2kg heavy rocks.  8) The rocks make a pretty loud bang when they hit the armored car. They also threw gasoline at our cars but it failed to ignite, molotov cocktails where brought out but never thrown. In the later stages they also tried to gas us with teargas, but it was pretty weak so we didn't even use masks. Then we got fed up and charged them and they fled like the confused little children they are. All in all 3½ hours of fun and many, many, many more suffering in the hot and cramped trucks.

I will post new turn tomorrow.
