I think making Larkin a PVT, PFC or even a CPL would be fine; but that's just my 2 cents. I'd suggest that if he ends up coming along with us ground-pounders for whatever-reason; he'd be a 'supernumerary' member; i.e. another rifle; regardless of rank as he's not Infantry. Just my thinking anyway; obviously it'd be Nick and Pale's call.

As for a "heavy" SMG; this could just be flavor text that means it fires .45 or 11mm rounds or something. As far as the rules go; just use the standard charts in the book. That'd be my suggestion anyway.

Guys, nick was the one who made me a 2nd lt, not me. Really, if this thing is that big of a concern I can either like I've mentioned

A. Be enlisted
Or
B. Make new character.
