Explanation to platoon size

I have deliberately let people in as soon as they want to play. Normal sized strike teams are two squads with a full platoon being four squads - The latter being very uncommon in standard line duty and is more of a war scenario setup.

However since the ebb and flow of RL varies in different sinus curves for different people I decided to have oversized squads to allow for more players to keep the game flowing better - Rather than locking ther oster until next mission, which in the past has led to six people waiting for three people to finish.

I hope everyone feels that this is ok, if not then speak up and we'll see if we can think out another solution.
