I think my cousin actually has a PS3! I'll see if I can borrow it and get a copy of the game. No promises though cause I'm notoriously unreliable. Ask anybody!

Has anyone actually played the game yet? Is it any good? I fragging love the first game but you know how sequels go, usually they just can't compare - Aliens is probably one of the few examples of a sequel improving on the original!

Some guy at work was waiting for it to be delivered to him, he was getting the prestige version that actually comes with working night vision goggles! But his credit card had expired and this delayed it being sent to him. So the nutter went out and bought another version of the game the day of release.



I've noticed he's been playing it constantly since (on the PS3 you can see what games your friends are playing). Hopefully when I go back in work I'll be able to by his second copy off him for a reduced cost.

Heard the NVGs actually are really nice with that.

yeah, I got the nvg's, they're pretty damn sweet, although they have terrible range. (maybe 20ft)
There is a slight magnification with them, so I wouln't try running around.
(stairs are a nightmare)

Overall though, best videogame bonus so far, after the let down that was the halo 3 unwearable master chief helmet(seriously, its useless)

Cats are able to wear them though.
