New Member, Marcus, has had his IP address banned from this site.

I'm calling for him to be unbanned, or at least an explanation be given as to why this has occurred.

I'm saying, that the new member, Marcus, has his IP address banned. And while it might be a mistake I don't know, but from what I have understand, that has not been corrected.

No ban from my part. Last ban was that chinese spammer before that, none since Mars 2010.
