Dr Ian slapped away the flame thrower Rose used to smack his people around, looking and sounding rather irritated when the simple marines tries to ruin the moment of his life, wondering himself he should pull his gun but remembered he had a better weapon against marines. He had the ability to order.

"What the hell are you doing soldiers? You better let my guys do their work and do I need to remind you what your mission is? You guys are supposed to protect mine while we work, now move along or I make sure that you that you will end up in some prison waiting for execution for treason! Is that understood soldier?"

Simovic took hold of the arm of the Dr. "Look you've already lost two of your people this place is extremely dangerous. You can carry out your science experiment once we've passified the area. The minute this turns from a simple escort mission to a warzone we have jurisdiction, understood civilian?".



Simovic spoke into his comms "Honeysett you getting this? What do you want us to do with them?".

At once Ian pushed Simovic away, growling almost in irritation and started to scream at him as soon he started to talk civilian.

"Now you shup up you inbred dog, this is my operation and im in command here, I dont care whatever you have done and if you call me civilian again im making sure you're going to beg me to end your life. The mission is still the same, my men work like real men while you -dogs- guard us, now get on with you work."

He turned around, talking to his own command in his voice com so the marine wouldnt hear.

Hunter's voice broke in over the intercom, over riding the angry voices before they could spill any further violence on board her Station during her watch. "Gentlemen, I suggest you stop this inane behavior and get yourselves together. Dr. Ian, if the bodies of the alien lifeforms have been bagged and tagged I would like you and the remainder of your team to return to the labs and begin preliminary tests. Dr. Ian you will also have guests arriving in the lab shortly. Gentlemen, thank you for your cooperation."

The intercom fell silent. Quickly the scientific team collected their final specimens and fell in a loose line behind their team lead.

Guests huh, well lets see what does got to share thought Dr Donaldson as he just glared a last time on the two marines who thought they were above him before he and his team started to walk out back to their labs.

Simovic shot the Dr a cold looks. The idiot didn't know how close he came to being wasted and here he was prancing around the place like it was some sort of science convention. "Ok Rose seems like we've cleared this area, keep your eyes peeled though".



Simovic clicked his comms over to 3rd Squad. "Gentleman seems like we're not going anywhere until the others have finished their sweep. Move up to the doors of the Cryo Chamber and secure the secondary cargo bay".




Simovic then stood watch guarding the doors, if any Aliens managed to get passed them they'd be wasted by the four Sentry Guns in the main hanger and have a fully armed APC to deal with.

"Thank god." Quinn muttered under his breath. "I don't have any readings on the sensor. If we get to the cryo capsules and pull the occupants, we can get the hell out of here, no matter what the civvies say I think."

Rose immediately wished he hadn’t been so forward and eager to get rid of the annoying scientists, but he was in no mood to be ushering civilians around a potentially hostile area.

He was about to ask the senior scientist how he fancied flame-grilled corpse for his next meal when thankfully Simovic stepped in to hopefully calm the heated conversation.

Instantly he instead wished he’d broken the man’s jaw with his rifle butt. The cowardly pig deserved it! How dare he lay into the Sarge so savagely when only moments before he had been cowering in terror like the worthless whelp he was.

At the mention of ‘dog’ Rose’s flamethrower came up instinctively, ready to cook the insolent scum who insulted his Sergeant. Fortunately for the scientist and his pack of sheep, Command cut the proceedings short, leaving the discussion to be finished another day.
