Slightly embarrassed by his mistake, Captain McCoy looked around the room as if taking in everyone. “Right, I knew who asked the question, I was simply seeing if you were awake marine. And I am proud to say you were, I know how some of these things can be so boring, but they are important.â€

"Good idea. Worked for me. Still haven't heard anything about me freaking out. I'm just stayin' in the background until everyone forgets." he whispered back to Dirk. "Don't worry about McCoy, I know you're not a wimp. Remember boot camp?" he said with a chuckle. "We had it a bit worse then most, if you know what I mean."

Fox sat back down into his chair, and went back to a slightly slouched position in his chair looking around for something to do, to keep him on track. He watched Con play with his knife. Giving Fox an Idea he pulled a thin peace of pointed metal, and decided to clean his finger nails. He was giving notion that he was paying attention, every five seconds he would look up at the commander.

At this time you are all free for the next 48 hours I expect every one to be in full gear and on the parade ground at 0600 hours in two days time.â€

Bojan stood as the Captain left the briefing, then followed to his office for the command briefing. Things seemed to be a bit more planned than the "go and capture a queen" of the previous mission.

As he walked, Bojan thumbed the pages of his book, reading parts that interested him.

Simovic followed Bojan into McCoy's office for the command meeting, it felt good that they'd be able to carefully plan the mission this time.

"Alot of people asking alot of questions..." Tarik thought. Whether or not they knew everything about this mission something would go wrong, it always did. "Sergeant Bojan...any word on armorment? Are we going weapons free?"

"I don't know Khan, hopefully you're squad leader will find out more at the officer briefing."

OOC: Atypicalkiller, Bojan left the room to go to the meeting.

Tarik chewed his gum and brushed his hand over his new rank emblem. Strangely enough although he had been demoted from squadleader he was awarded a promotion in rank. " A win win " Tarik thought..all the benefits, non of the responsibility. Most of the men in the easy eights shared his burden of fast promotions. It was almost as if the military was saying "Heres some rank..that'll get their minds off of the man eatting bugs that no one should be talking about ever again.." Tarik thought back to the debriefing and how the psycologist, officers and power happy enlisted men grilled him for hours on whether or not he was fit to serve or if he'd breach the contract he signed to assure his silence. Be a good soldier..and shut up.. he thought...and now a promotion...
