Re: Operation Watchdog OOC Discussion

Idea: You guys can discover that not all of 29th Platoon is dead. One is still alive (Ortiz, platoon's designated marksman), and is either hiding, guerrilla campaign a la John McClane, or captured.

I'll take the first one. LCpl Ortiz, or a really skilled PFC. Your pick.

Re: And I'm back, now with a new character!

Yeah, since my character has a strength of 16, it seemed appropriate.

And I'm back, now with a new character!

Hey guys, Giosso dragged me back here. Thought the site had honestly up and died (I saw why Nick, completely understandable). The explanation for the new character is because I was planning on phasing out Quinn anyway, via a transfer. What happened to him is he got demoted upwards. He's now a Captai...

Re: Turn 6: The Scream

”Permission Denied, Lieutenant.” McGehee shot back, seemingly more frazzled then he was a moment ago as he was reading the situation in front of him. ”Our intel on enemy assets was way off, and I’m reading a massive column moving right towards you! We are moving to regroup in orbit, and sanitizing ...

Re: Turn 6: The Scream

Quinn's mind stopped for a moment when he saw the missiles arcing skywards, their motors leaving behind a blooming contrail, which almost drowned out the distant howl of turbines as the enemy fighter-bombers streaked past to drop their payload on the supporting company's position. His thoughts rapid...

Re: Turn 5. Eagle Eyes

Quinn had just about finished sewing up Morse's stump when he heard the whine of the drone's engines rapidly growing louder. Doppler effect, object approaching. the analytical part of his mind reported as the mining craft appeared, a long rifle slung underneath it and firing at their position. Snatc...

Where'd the butterbar go to?

Hey guys, I owe you a helluva explanation. Haven't been posting because shit has been hectic on my end. New job has been keeping me running, and financial issues abound (Internet at my place has been cut off to give you an idea). As a result, been fighting off exhaustion and depression in equal meas...
