Sorry, I was just offered a spot so I'm reading through much of the site and keep finding interesting nuggets. Pants, your from NZ? Which part? I used to live there/was born there. I live in Atlanta now though.

OOC: I am sorry for the clutter, but I've been following the campaign and WOW. Erika and Dirk were going to get married? Damn. Isn't it not allowed between Marines in the same chain of command? And she's known him for like what, 10 hours in game?

Sam smiled at the joke "True man, watch my front then"

"OK" muttered Sam "As long as you guys shut up long enough to watch my back" He then smiled, to show no hard feelings, but it was hard to maintain his good humor. His leg was split in.. two, basically.

The pain was beginning to pulse through the morphine, but Sam still had a bit of piss and vinegar (and bad humor!) left in him. Looking up at Ward he said "Royalty? More like royally fucked." Then he grimaced, that joke was bad.

Sam gasped suddenly. The last thing he remembered he had been firing non-stop at those... creatures, pouring lead into them while the other Marines attacked the queen. They were beginning to pull back and then the queen got close, and oh shit! he thought. He opened his eyes and tried to look down to...

SHIT thought Sam, as he saw the squad unleashing their rounds into the gigantic thing. He had seen nothing like it before, but he had seen the M41A and its rounds before, and the thing could kill.
