Actually Morse, I can see you as the Prosecution if the Admiral brought along who he considers the best to nail me to the wall, maybe pin the whole thing on me if he can get away with it. But it is the Judge Advocate who makes the determination. Prosecution just makes the argument, as does the Defense.

As for format, I say we post. How else is everyone going to know the story? It's supposed to be transparent so everyone can follow, right?

Or is this supposed to be a private little RP with just the PCs involved? I think I may be missing a fine point.

YES! Let's do that! I'm more accustomed to writing stuff collaboratively like that with my tabletop group. Sometimes forum-style posts shotgun each other and the continuity gets a little messy, so I was wondering how we'd make the back-and-forth of a court proceeding read clearly.

So ... Google docs. I have a google account, so I expect I can access and use google docs.

I also want to note I'll probably be pulling from other missions and making assertions that may seem like meta gaming, but it's just pulling from past mission reports, and debriefing information to make an argument. - I won't likely talk about the Xeno's though, since that's purely classified I believe at this point.

Makes sense, as a Prosecutor and Defense would have access to such things.
