Scouts and Dirk are at the top of the stairs
Morse and Company are at the main landing.
Quinn and Sam's Squad not sure.

Could we have a sketch of the lay out of the tower? Just to give us a clearer picture.

I can make one I guess. Sam and her squad were supposed to be up top with us. Morse's squad is downstairs with Quinn, taimdala, and Obi

Orders were to have Sam's squad reinforce the scout squad to clear the tower with Morse's squad holding the bottom of the stairwell.

I would say that Sam's squad is spread out on the stairs, so they aren't bunched up. I think Sal moved to the front of the group, because I got a look at the barricade at the top level.
