Sorry I haven't been on here the past week or so. Work is... "fun" enough as it is, and I've been sick on top of it. Ready to get back to it though. Going to edit my post so things actually will move forward.

No problem started a new job working at Dick's Sporting Goods selling long guns, ammo, camping and all things outdoors.

While we are making excuses I was on the road for several days, and the internet at the hotels was extortionate. But I'm back home now so I should be better at keeping active.

To jump on the 'everyone's got an excuse and they're just like a$$holes' bandwagon; my apologies for not posting for a bit.....kid's been sick and some projects have taken up a lot of my time lately.

Quick question for Pale......I don't think it was ever resolved; but O'brien has a lot of seniority over Hall in terms of commanding a squad; I'm cool with it if Obi is; but just wanted to know if you had an official verdict?

I leave the squads to Dirk and Quinn. As far as Konterran not.heard from in a bit.

I'll answer the question for you Max.

In the event that seniority is an issue with two people of the same rank, then it devolves to "time in grade", or how long they've had the rank. If it's been for the same amount of days, then it goes to "time in service".

If anyone knows different, feel free to chime in.

By that rationale then Obi would be the higher rank. However Sam has served in more of leadership capacity, and Obi seems to have focused more on technical skill.

I look at Dietrich in the movie. She was the medic and didn't appear to have authority over a squad, but was a Corporal like Hicks.

- For our purposes I'd say leave same since he has expressed more leadership qualities in recent memory, but Obi would technically be the one with more of the requirements met.
