A Morse Translation Handbook

Is there one? Because sometimes it takes two or three attempts to understand what Morse is saying XD which makes me glad you often clarify what you say in your own post. The accent, is it meant to be deep deep south? Mouth full of cotton and all that.

Might have to start a record of all the brilliant ones.

Your last sentence to me about the painkillers was a beauty :

”Aint gonna get rid of it whole, but it’ll be better’n whatevers its on right here in the now.”

-It won't get rid of all the pain, but it'll be better than what it is now.

Anyone else got a favourite to share?

If you ever find such a translation book, let us know. We've never found one. :D

I shouldn't show my inspiration. But Early Cuyler does provide a certain amount of dialect assistance.
