Did I die well?

Post by Apachetear » Fri Jul 16, 2010 4:51 pm

Hey,

I know I've been inactive for a long time - and it's come as no surprise to me that my character is no longer there.

I have but one question...

did I die well?

That sounds so sad to have you say that... It's like a line from one of those movies where some strong character takes them by the hand, nods, and says... Yes, you died/lived well son..! Your family would be proud...!

In a more serious note.. I really have no idea.. But it is pretty sad to hear that.

Hello Apache;

I've been running the Invictus game for some months now and your character has never been a part of it. I may be able to bring you into the current part of the game....I'd have to think about it.....but I DEFINITELY can bring you into the game later on, if you like. Let me know,

Max

I'd like to try and come back - I have only the excuse that life got in the way...

Last mission I was in...we were all doing the deep sea dive...

I dont mind waiting a while until there's a new place available...

Seems a shame to let one of my favourite rp characters fade away :-)

Lets hope Sgt. Honeysett can find a place in the game again...

What is this, old home week? ;D

Heh, Max is the one running the game these days. Nick's around, but is on hiatus due to life interfering like that. But haven't seen PR in a long time.

And in short, PR had two jobs to do, and couldn't pay attention to the site, which is why he gave the keys to Nick.

Dugan's still here, as always. The day Dugan has to leave will be the day the world ends.

XD, I'm on here and playing AvP on live AT THE SAME TIME.

I feel awesome.

So, what spots on the roster need filling? I'll make a new guy now-ish.

Could use a flamer or smartgunner from what I could spot. Dunno about spots to fill, but I'm sure Max will jump in and inform us of what's needed.

Also,

LONGEST LIVING MEDIC!!!! WOOOOO!

-=Nods=- My original Colonial Marine was a Smartgunner, so I'll happily fill that role if anyone wants. Problem is, you seem to need insane strength to be able to carry the Smartgun around...

Can I ditch the light armour to get around that, or does going over your combat load only mean you're a tad encumbered?

Your death saved the lives of thousands, and all Jedi will speak of your name, for centuries to come, with a warm glow of pride that one of their own could endure such a noble death. Truly, you live on in the smiles of the people you saved.

I think we could have it that smartgunners wear a lighter form of armour, as in the film they only really wear an armoured breastplate, with a flak vest underneath. They don't have helmet or leg greaves. I'll have a look into it with maxvale and get back to you.
