Okay, I have a question that has to do swith something that has been on my mind for the past two days regarding this story so far. Earlier in the mission someone mentioned that thesethings don't show up on IR at all, but now, we're tracking whatever it is we're tracking in the tunnel using primairly IR.

One marine is currently so sure of himself that this is probably a Xenomorph that he's rolling his "fire" roll, and I'm wondering, is this a mistake in writing that someone said that they don't show up in IR, or are there several seperate trains of thought here?

If they don't show up on IR, as someone said earlier, why are we trying to shoot at an IR signature?

Because we don't know if the Xenomorph's have been 'born' yet and it may still be humans that we're looking for. Also the IR only covers one eye, so you can still see with your other eye if it was a Xenomorph and then simpy flip it up out of the way, if need be.


In the previous mission we discovered that the Xenomorphs didn't show up on IR, I'm not sure about the face huggers, but I guess they wouldn't either. But whether our characters would know that is debatable.
