Sorry for delay of turn 5

I'm sorry about the delay of turn 5. I have had a lot of stuff to do as of lately. I have been working all weekend in Gothenburg after som public unrest there, a few stones throwed and a few cars burned up - Not too serious, but still the riot police (me) were there all weekend. I was about to write the turn yesterday, but then private life came between with a lots of "have to and must do".
