Roster updated, new look and layout

Roster has been updated. The roster is now "tabbed" into Roster, Boot Camp and Pending.
The boot camp section will be updated by the boot camp GM, by picking the players from the pending section he wants to play.
The new layout is based on actual marine platoon layout with the exception of the support platoon - This was included to get two players onboard.
This new roster layout wasn't easy at all and it took me quite a few hours to organize all this, I understand I can't please everyone but this roster and rank hierarchy is less sensetive to key positions going AWOL and it is something that is anchored somewgat in reality.
