What is the status of the elevator?  I take it since the aliens came up the shaft and Mongo fell to his death, is the elevator out of commission and stuck in the shaft above sub level one?

Elevator is not at the current level all you see is an empty shaft up and down.

Two Grenades were fired down the shaft as well so it might be a bit messed up!

It should be on the floor we went to first, unless someone other than us called it up or down to a different floor?

Well my character did call the lift down to the level that we were on when we first got attacked.  (Turn 10, Reply #22)

What's the deal with how were getting out of the facility?

I thought we'd be taking an alternate route out since the grenades were tossed down the shaft. Not to mention the shaft probably still has xenos and the elevator can hold only 1 squad at a time.

How about we talk to the contact or look for other airshafts?

I guess we still need to see what the Lt wants us to do, after all "we're marines and we still have a job to do!"
