Orbital Communicator up for grabs.

There's an Orbital Communicator up for grabs. As Section 1 already have a field radio it makes sense that Section 2 get this. Anyone with a Com/ Computer Operations skill of at least Novice can use it, which only leaves Ranger_2011 or m113a2. So I guess first come first served. Your also get a few flares for signalling to dropships and the like.
