Hey, don't suppose that we can have another board so that we can list our character's stats and equipment instead of having to click on the roster and everywhere else? Just have it all in one spot?

That could be arranged. What exactly did You have in mind? A sub section board under the campaign section where each character has a topic with his name and then his equipment is listed underneath him?

Thats no problem - However if it is going to work we can't have twenty page threads about wind and water and somewhere in there the latest character equipment is listed. I will in that case make it read only for registered players and only me and Dugan are allowed to edit the posts there.

I have managed to find a programme that allows you to edit pdf files, so I can use the Aliens blank character sheet and fill it in for each character. I'm not sure if it's possible to upload these somewhere?

I could probably work out a way for You to publish them via the homepage frontend. But not from a 40 degree room in Thailand...



I will look into it when I get back from vacation. The drawback to this is that it takes work - If someone is willing to fill them in manually for every character, be my guest. But I will continue to use the Excel format since it covers everything and can be parsed directly from the form feed data. Having to write each and every character manually is a huge step backwards in my opinion - especially when we have such a smooth automatic solution at hand.

Yeah I see what you mean. But the drawback with the excel method is its not easy on the eye to look at. You have to keep scrolling all over the place to find stats and not everything is displayed.

I've been working on a word document character sheet that can be edited for each person quite quickly. I've done Collins so far:

I'm just saying that I will not change from the excel version. If people want to parse their characters to an easier format or have someone do it for them from my excel version - I can provide server space for it. No problem.
