I'm not crazy about the window idea. I think that would take too much time. If the stairs blow out we can get a rope and get down that way. Otherwise I say we should burn through the 25 xenos and then run. But that's just my opinion.

It's at least 20ft from the windows to the roof of the first level, call it 25 since it's WY pressure sealed habitat crap, probably.

I like how Dirk just RAN THROUGH THE FIRE, that's about to consume the stairs. I have this image of him leaping over the railing and skipping the first flight of stairs, and landing half way on one step.

I don't think he read the post about the fire. It's gonna have to be corrected by Pale Rider when he gets off of work. I'm making a new map now.

If someone wants to cook off the grenades now attached to the Queen's tail, that might work out nicely.

Alright, I think I'm caught up to current time. And yes, I'm all for hasty departure from this place. Six minutes just isn't enough time to do anything when we don't already know where it is.

Right, we have one KIA(Duncan), a second possible KIA (Louis). A number of wounded, Sam, Sal and Dirk.

Upstairs Xeno's are dead but the marines are trapped by fire on either side.

The 242 buggy is right out side the front door now. Hopefully with eyeball shooting the crap out of the oncoming horde. We need Pope down here in the APC if it's weapons can be manned. Or even just a salvo from the motor tubes could help.

I plan to use the buggy to try and draw the xeno's as best I can from the tower if it comes to it.

The very thing I suggested to you in game? =P Well, by distraction I did mean charge them and veer off hoping to pull them away. lol, great minds and all that.

I just thought you were gonna shoot and lead them off. But now we've got a smartgun and Rpg on it instead of just the gun, and we're not gonna stop till we've got them all.

True, I was planning on trying to lead them a merry dance and then break off when the rest got free. But now it's time to kick ass.

btw, I repeat again, using 'nades to breach a level is going to be a REALLY bad idea. They are anti personal nades with a kill zone of about 15yards, not shaped charges. And in that confined space you'll all be minced. You all get wasted and Morse will be in command and we all know how that'll end XD

I've confiremd with Pale that there is at least ONE fire extinguisher in the hall, because safety codes sez so. I say we spray up the top crew, ditch the combustable rounds and go for the stairs. It's fucked but it's quick and damnit I am NOT fighting two queens on my first 'day' on the job.
