Forum registration security update

Due to the last wave of bot registrations I have upped the forum registration security a little. You are now, in addition to the classic CAPTCHA, required to answer som basic questions that rules bots out.

Registrating is a little more wonky now but i think the extra five seconds are worth in the long run.

I have purged all with zero posts who have registered for more than two weeks ago. If Your account got deleted and You are not a bot, then just re-register.

BTW what is the point of bots?
