"Sounds good to me bossman," replied Mongo to Corporal Ishiawa squad orders as he sits wearing a t-shirt that has a picture of a unicorn on it and the words 'I don't want to sound like a queer or nothing...but Unicorns kick ass!' printed around it as well as a pair of BDU trousers.

Looking over at Private Johnson, Octavius grinned at the new marine. 

"I am not going to lie to you Johnson I suck at sneaking up on things.  You any good at the sneaky, sneaky stiff?  And I'd be happy to do some shooting with you, hell lets make it a squad competiton!  Ishi, O'Brien you in for some target shooting and losing badly to me?  I mean if your scared that I'll make you guys look bad I understand, I am pretty damn awesome!" asks Private Mongo with a grin to the rest of the squad.

"Heck we got enough time to do some target shooting before we have to do our prep for the drop?"

[Tyler Ishizawa]

"Sure thing CPL, I'm on your six."  He spoke up again,  "Aside from the 42' CPL is there anything you want me to take?"

"No, the M42 and your standard gear is pretty much it. I'll go talk to Sergeant Simovic later on to see if he was able to get those ghillie suits, and the binoculars for the spotters"



Ishizawa finally decided on eating the goop on his plate. Not even bothering to really chew it, he swallowed it down as quickly as possible. It didn't taste great, but it was still food. He looked down at his watch. 8 hours to have all the equipment prepped.

"Target practice eh? Sounds fair, but Mongo and O'Brien should take priority on the range because they'll be using the M42's, we barely ever get our hands on those so you guys should sharpen up before we drop. Maybe an hour, two at the max, should be good. After that lets get our own gear prepped then help out with the drop ship crew, or whatever else needs to be done. Lets get to it 3rd!"

Simovic kind of suspected this wasn't going to be as simple a mission as the briefing laid out but one day the platoon would get some slack surely?

"Hence why I asked for flashbangs. Should also get some zip-ties while we're at it." Quinn shoved some more food into his mouth. Apparently the biologist had disinclined his offer. Shrugging to himself, just meant he'd have to carry as much as he could and assign the rest to Patch.

Trying to catch Patch's eye, Sixtus waved him over.

Dirk went over his equipment for the tenth time. There was no way he would be able to hump everything. Something had to go. Takeing his Colt M-1911 out he returned it to the weapons locker.

"Sorry old friend. Looks like you get to sit this one out." He said.

Leaving the weapons locker, Dirk headed to the hanger bay. No one would be there yet, so he could be alone.

Once there Dirk removed a flask from his pocket and drank deeply. The scotch warmed his body as he drank it. He hit another cigaret and thought about what was comming. What ever it was it was going to be rough.

Morse thought for a moment. Considering Erics question of the likeliness of the recon team running into trouble.

Well...Morse started pausing for a moment Way i figure it, they'll report that they see nothin, then we'll all land, and it'll turn out there was somethin that they missed like an AA launcher or somethin, and were gonna be sittin in our little slice of hell. Thats how missions with the Bandits ussually go. Morse finished, he took another spoon full of the protein rich food and had a smile on his face.

Johnson laughed at that. "Well sir, I scored the lowest in my training Platoon in sneaky stuff. I was more of a Tech person myself. But I was the best shot from the Platoon. Not a match to you though because those guys were terrible. They couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat." He said, winking at Mongo. He moved to his own weapon, the M41a Pulse Rifle, and inserted a mag. "So, who's ready for a brief moment of fun?" H asked everyone around, grinning widely.

"No, guess she's been given orders to stay away from us. So what I want to do is take whatever we can carry in terms of medical antivenin, antidote, whatever we have available, use up the spare space in the APCs. I have no idea what's in that facility, but I want to be prepared." Sixtus said.



Looking at Dugan, Sixtus asked in a whisper "Sergeant, if we run into something we can't handle, what's our SOP? Especially if the Corporates step in?"

yeah that sounds about right, thought it would be a bit too easy if the corporation gave us all the important info patch answered.

I'll grab everything i can find and put it in the APC, we can split it later amongst the squads in case we get separated, squad 3s medic is Mongu and Morse for squad 4 is that right?

(OOC) not sure who other medics are going of the roster, is profesional higher then expert? or other way round? and who is this person with grand master everthing on the roster?)

(Expert is higher than Professional. And chances are it's Nick or a bug in the system.)

Looking at Dugan, Sixtus asked in a whisper "Sergeant, if we run into something we can't handle, what's our SOP? Especially if the Corporates step in?"

"I havn't been supplied with that information I guess it then becomes the LT's call, this is a military operation though. If the shit really hits the fan the dropship will be on the ready line off station. Don't worry though we ain't ran into anything we couldn't handle yet".



[O.O.C Expert is better than prefessional and the guy who has all Grand Master stats is someone who couldn't read the rules before creating a character and is about to be deleted].

"I'm ready!" replied Octavius to Johnson.

"Umm any of you guys know exactly where the shooting range is?  I hate to admit this but I'm not entirely sure..." said Octavius looking a bit shame faced at having to admit to something like that.
