Swedish Policemens Memorial Site

Post by Nick » Tue Aug 26, 2008 2:45 pm

Together with Aliens I run another site that deals with a much more serious matter. Some of You might have seen it before, I might have linked to it from the old forum. It is a memorial site for all Swedish Police Officers that have been killed in the line of duty since the year 1900 in Sweden.

I have, painstakingly, translated all (over a 100...) pages to English for international readers.

Please spend these fallen collegues of mine a minutes thought.

Thanks Nick for sharing that site with us.  While I am sad that those officers lost their life in the line of duty I am both proud and glad that they were willing to stand up for what they believed in.

May their sacrifice never be forgotten.
